Hello! I'm a designer and illustrator from London. Specialising in lifestyle illustration, maps and bespoke artworks, I like to think that each of my artworks is like a cabinet of curiosities; the more one looks, the more one sees.
After studying at the Bartlett School of Architecture and the Royal College of Art, I worked as an architect in London and Berlin before deciding to focus on my main passion; hand drawing and painting.
My roots in architecture are I think what gave me my passion for drawing buildings and cities, which I love to fill with luscious plants and palm trees to give them a slightly bonkers and other worldly feel! My style is colourful and full of detail - quirky details being my favourites. I am constantly drawing inspiration from the places that I encounter daily.

"The whole team was delighted with the outcome of the SOAS Gems Map project. Katherine was a joy to work with and her unique style really struck a chord with our students. The response on social media has been astounding and we would definitely work with Katherine again on future projects."
Jack Neenan, Content Marketing Lead at SOAS University of London, UK
"Katherine, thank you so much for the beautiful artwork you made for Bayju. He said it was the best present he had ever received. So many treasured memories, we keep looking at it. You've created a beautiful and original form to present a story - what a talent that is. It will be enjoyed for years to come. Wishing you every success in making more of these!"
Priya Thakar, Surrey, UK
"When I first saw the artwork that Katherine created for us, I was completely lost for words and very nearly started crying. It is a very beautiful thing, so incredibly personal, which is something at the outset I really had not envisaged. We have it framed in our restaurant and have printed a black and white version for children to colour in at the tables, which is extremely popular! We are absolutely thrilled - thank you so much!"
