Cyber security management infographic for FortIT

Swiss cyber security firm 'FortIT' approached me with an unusual brief; they wanted a fun and detailed 'seek and find' illustration (or 'Wimmelbild' in German) explaining what they do for their clients. They work in cyber security management and wanted to visually represent their processes in a fun, engaging but still professional way.

The final design features a Swiss mountain scene, with a city around the edges of a large lake. In the foreground are four floating rafts, each with a title above it representing one of the 4 key areas in which FortIT operate; 'Security Governance', Security Risk Management', Security Assessment' and 'Continuous Improvement'. On the rafts, members of the FortIT team are carrying out tasks which demonstrate each area.

Bringing life to a subject matter that can be perceived as a little 'dry' was a very fun challenge, and I feel happy and satisfied that the illustration manages to portray the work that FortIT do in a witty, interesting and hopefully eye-catching way!

A few words from FortIT's Saner Celebi about the project:

Working with Katherine was a fantastic experience. From our initial consultation to the final delivery, the process was smooth and collaborative. She took the time to understand our vision and goals for the project, and her collaborative approach made us feel involved and valued throughout the entire process. Katherine showed great attention to detail, creativity and was very flexible while gathering and implementing our feedback during the development process.

We are very happy with the final result. Katherine’s illustration beautifully captures the complexity of cyber security management in a vibrant and engaging way. It perfectly encapsulates the essence of our message and has been very well-received by our team and clients.

We highly recommend Katherine for her unique artistic talent and professional approach. We look forward to working with her again.
