Illustrated Chelsea map for Beaverbrook Town House

I was delighted to be approached by the Beaverbrook Town House in London’s Chelsea neighbourhood to create an illustrated map of Chelsea for their hotel guests. 

The Beaverbrook Town House opened its doors in Summer 2021, and the illustrated map of Chelsea was commissioned as part of its launch campaign. 

The illustrated map is a guide to the top shopping and cultural destinations in London’s Chelsea district, and is given to guests on arrival at the hotel. With a great variety of architectural styles located in Chelsea it was a joy to depict this neighbourhood in an illustrated map! All of the illustrated icons were drawn by hand in ink, and painted in watercolour. The drawings were then assembled into a map in Adobe Photoshop.
